Lifetime in Biltmore is a luxury health club with access to world-class facilities, expert trainers, & resort-like areas to rejuvenate. It's located in Pheonix, Arizona and is approximately 105,000 sq ft. The building contained a spa, yoga studio, karate studio, coffee shop and a rooftop pool.
My efforts primarily were to model the Aztec pattern on the exterior facade for rendering studies inside Lifetime, I also modeled the wooden lounges on the roof and aligned the annotations in the sheet set. The placement of the grid segments, the dimension strings on the floor plans and the general annotations in the drawing set were also a priority.
